WEBSITE TERMS

Terms of use

These terms apply to the ROFIK public website only, not to the separate operational ROFIK application.

ROFIK / ROAD INTELLIGENCE

ROFIK · WEBSITE INFORMATION

Website scope

The public website provides general information about ROFIK, road intelligence, and related work. It is separate from any operational ROFIK application. A “Start your journey” action may display a pilot notice; it does not itself provide access to an operational service.

Information is not a live road-safety service

Website content is provided for general information and discussion. It is not a real-time road-condition, navigation, emergency, or incident-response service. Information may be incomplete, delayed, illustrative, or unavailable, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

Nothing on this website guarantees that a road is safe, that a hazard will be detected or reported, or that a warning will arrive in time. ROFIK does not replace the attention and judgement of road users, official instructions, road authorities, or emergency services.

Product visuals and future concepts

Product screens, diagrams, and feature descriptions may be illustrative or show a planned direction rather than a currently deployed service. This concept shows the product direction—not a live service or real road alerts.

Brand and website materials

ROFIK names, logos, and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party photographs and other credited works remain subject to their stated licences and rights. Do not copy, modify, or use ROFIK brand materials in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement without permission.

Acceptable use and external links

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its contact service. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference; ROFIK does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and applicable law

The website may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ROFIK does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

These terms are subject to the laws of Cameroon, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any dispute is subject to the competent jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
